(and can be how you do too!) 

 

How to Create a
WARM LIST:

If you break it down, we're just learning ways to  make friends and build  business relationships. The better you get at this,  the more you and your team will earn! KEEP IT SIMPLE!  1. Get a book or journal that you can write in and call it "Warm Leads". ONLY use it for your warm leads (not your cold leads or those who haven't qualified).  A warm lead is someone who knows you and trust you a little. A cold lead is someone who doesn't know you yet. You  may only know there name, email address (and possibly  their phone number). They become a warm lead when they reply back to your email, message, post,  phone number or text and get to know you a little.  They qualify when you know they want to make  additional income and when you see they may  be open to joining your business.  2. This is how to build a warm list: Get cold leads from online advertising (such as from solo ads, safelists, social media marketing etc...) and then warm up your cold leads (sending them a message with info about this call is a start). Want help with this? Go here . You can use your autoresponder, or text them, call them, use Facebook Messenger, Skype, WhatsApp, or any other way of communicating!      3. Writing down 100 people. Just the exercise of doing it will surprise you. If you don't want to talk to most people on your list - that's ok. But this is to help you think of those you might have missed! FIRST QUALIFICATION: One of the first things you do is to QUALIFY THEM! Ask them if they're open to making extra income.  If they say "yes!", great! Give them your link* If they say "no", then move on.  *You may also go to "Second Qualification" if you're good at this. If you're not, just  give them the link and ask if they mind  if you follow up with them in half an hour  or the time they say is best.  If they say: "What is it?" then just understand  that they're skeptical and it's most possibly a "no". However, I just say: "Well, I'm not very good at  explaining this, but I can send you a link and it  will explain it really great and take less time then I will!" Then I ask them the question again. "Are you  open to making extra income?". If they avoid  answering the question this time then I just  move on.  DO NOT EXPLAIN IT! You basically need to be  a good salesman to explain it and win. Just realize that unless you ARE, don't attempt it. It will just  be a big waste of time!"  SECOND QUALIFICATION:  If you're good at this and want to take things  to the next level then share your story. My story  goes like this: (create your own story using mine as your framework).  "I taught kindergarten for 20 years but wanted a way to accomplish my dream to  travel the world and take my business anywere. In 2012, our school lost funding, and all of us teachers lost our jobs including me. I had at this time 3 months paid vacation and decided to try to  create my online business. Unfortunately, I failed  really badly and had to go back and get another  job. But I just couldn't give up my dream! So  I kept lookiing. So since 2012 I've been through over 40 different businesses and spent over $10K on programs, advertising and mentors. But nothing  really changed until I met my mentor in 2017. At this time, my mentor taught me 5 skills that  changed my life." ~Albie  These are the same skills I would like to teach you. How interested are you in learning these?  If they say "a little" then let them go. If they say "sound's interesting" then give them a link.  If they say "a lot" then say:  "Well, you sound really interested. Do you have  15 mins to watch a video right now and see  what all this is about?"  If they say yes", then great! If not they will probably tell you a good time for them. Just ask them if you can follow up  with them and answer any questions  after they watch it.  Then just follow up with them then! Put them in your "Warm List" whether  they watch it or not, and follow up with  them from time to time (don't pester them).   Here's a couple stories of what happened to me  after I just began the excercise of doing this:    I’ve been going through all my old lists and found a guy who had bought something from me a few years ago. I called him up and of all the craziest things - he was totally interested (haha!)  On another occasion, I remembered an old friend who I almost forgot about, and I called him up. I just simply shared with him that I had started my own business and if he would be interested in earning some extra income. He was! I was excited to hear that. I sent him my affiliate link,  and he was interested. I called him back and he was interested to find out more and watched the video. I then asked him if he had any questions. He did and so I checked to see if my sponsor was available to talk to him. He was and I got him on a three way call. My sponsor Bryan answered all his questions and he joined. He then went and told others about it too  and got them on a call with me. I helped him (just as my sponsor helped me) and before I knew it, I had 4 people on my team. This paid me $500 that first month!    ---------- 4. Connecting with friends or acquaintances inside of Facebook is also an incredible way of building a warm list. If I had to build a warm list of 6 new people (for example), I could follow Max Steingarts training in PLS and do it (or just connect with 6 new people in Facebook and say "hi!" (it's a start).  Getting to know them is the first step. The second step is to find out what kind of work they do. If you sense they may want to make additional income, just ask them as see if they are. This will qualify (or disqualify them) to be on your "Warm List".  Here is an additional training HERE .    There is also a $300 course on this that you DON'T want to miss, if this is your thing! What might interest you NAME is that over the last three years, I’ve learned how to get many daily “cold lead” subscribers each day
and slowly warm them up through my emails , encourage them to respond back to me and get 1-6 new “warm leads” each day.
